HUD Manufactured Home Installation Renewal Training Course

Description: The purpose of manufactured housing installation training programs are to ensure that there is a minimum level of competency for manufactured home installers within the industry. According to CFR Part 3286, all initial training programs must be 12 hours long, with 8 hours dedicated to construction and 4 hours dedicated to code regulations. In order to qualify for renewal of an installation license, the licensed installer must complete 8 hours of continuing education during the 3 year license period, including in any particular subject area that may be required by HUD to be covered in order to assure adequate understanding of installation requirements. Cancellation Policy: We must receive your request for cancellation a week in advance for a full refund. A 50% refund will be issued with less than a week notice and no refund will be issued for cancellations the day of or after the event.
